Sword X Staff Hub is an unofficial fan site that provides game materials and adventure tools. This page explains the information processed on this site and how it is stored. It applies from 2026-10-26.

Builds, Looks, Coupons, and Language Settings

Saved builds and looks, coupon use marks, and the coupon service region you chose directly are stored in your browser storage. A shared build or look address may include the name you chose and the game parts and skill composition, so do not put personal information in the name. The display language and country you chose directly are stored in a settings cookie for up to 1 year, and you can reset them by pressing auto-select or by deleting browser data.

Access Region and Own Visit Statistics

The country of first access and the coupon service region are estimated from country information data stored on the server. For country estimation, the access IP is not sent to an external location lookup service. The country estimate does not guarantee the actual service region of your game account, and you can change it directly on screen.

Inside the site, daily page views, visitor estimates, language, country, device type, and referral path are aggregated. Search parameters from the path, shared codes, values entered in the browser, and the full referrer URL are not stored in the statistics table. Instead of the raw IP and the full browser identifier, a one-way hash that changes daily is used to estimate visits on the same day; these visit estimate records are kept for 30 days, and view aggregates with no personal distinction are kept for 365 days. The raw IP used to calculate the hash is not stored in the statistics table.

Statistics are viewed only by the site administrator and are not sent to an external analytics service. No separate visitor identification cookie or browser storage identifier is created for these statistics. If the browser provides a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, statistics transmission is omitted. Administrator and editor accounts and known automated crawlers are excluded from general visit statistics.

Web Server and Administrator Login

The web server may process access request records for service provision and incident response. These records are separate from the own visit statistics above. A session cookie is used for WordPress administrator login. General visitor registration and comment functions are not currently provided.

External Links and Advertising Service

When you move to a source link or the official coupon redemption page, that external service's privacy handling applies. This site does not receive, in that structure, account information entered on the official page or coupon redemption results.

This site has applied for Google AdSense site review and uses a Google advertising service connection code. Ad delivery starts according to Google approval and settings. Google and third-party advertising partners may process cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and browser and device identification information, among other things, for ad provision, performance measurement, fraud prevention, and, where you have consented, personalized advertising. This is separate processing from the site's own visit statistics described above.

Google and advertising partners may provide ads based on visit information from this site and other sites, and may store or read cookies in your browser. Personalized advertising can be managed at Google My Ad Center, and choices for personalized advertising from other advertisers can be checked at Advertising choices information. You can also manage or delete cookies in browser settings.

In regions where consent is required, an advertising privacy choice message is provided, and in that message you can choose consent, refusal, or detailed settings. Handling of tracking-refusal signals for the site's own statistics and Google advertising privacy choices are different functions.
